Haha! My first day of "The Loser Challenge" and i didn't make it for my schedule. I woke up at exactly 7:30am. I immediately run to the comfort room for a 3 minute shower, dressed up with my Jogging pants and shirt. Then, i'm off! Walked the streets of Marta and Valentina until 10am. :) Had a great feeling of refreshment when I got home and ate my breakfast. I had 2 pcs of Hash Brown and Scrambled eggs. I skipped lunch and I think I will be having just wheat bread and milk for Dinner. :)
It was late but I had a great start. :)
Until tomorrow. Once again! :D
I will start my little dance and aerobics routine by 4pm until 5. For an hour, hope it'll burn me some calories and as I've read that stretching or those kind of exercises can help your flexibility. :) Haha! :D
